[Urgent help needed] Amazon removed my size chart image
I'm selling a product that comes in 2 sizes. Customers must measure the length of their hand and choose the right size. I uploaded a custom-made size chart as a product image to guide customers.
However, Amazon is continuously suppressing my size chart image, and after weeks of contacting CS I got the following message:
"Amazon has launched improvements to enhance the consistency of size information across product detail pages. During the next 1-2 months, we will be expanding this experience to additional product types. During this transition, existing size chart images in the media block will be suppressed to maintain consistency. The size chart widget will remain active on detail pages to ensure customers have access to sizing information.
To ensure size information is consistent, we’ll first suppress any size chart images. This will avoid an inconsistent experience across detail page. Seller size chart images will be stored in our database. To make size information more visible, we'll create a new dynamic size chart image. This will be consistent with both the seller uploaded image before, and what’s being displayed in the size chart widget of your product detail page. The size chart will evaluate size chart information for the customer’s selected size in the drop-down along with the adjacent sizes and will be more accessible. "
But the size chart function is ONLY available for registered brands and I am selling as an unregistered brand... Am I to understand that Amazon forcibly removed size chart images from listings without giving unregistered brands ANY alternative method to notify customers about size options?
What are my options? My products are not selling because of this and the reviews are tanking. I desperately need help very urgently.
