This email address isn't associated with any accounts. Is this a know issue right now?

I’m unable to log into my seller account, it keeps giving me this error:

"Not Authorized - This email address isn't associated with any accounts."

I can’t contact amazon or open a case. Any ideas to resolve this issue?

Anyone else with this issue?
