UK or Europe
I have set up a limited company as advised by an accountant over there. I'm an Irish resident, but there are no Amazon FBA centers' here. I planned to trade from UK and across the EU. The original plan was to send products to sorting centres in UK who would forward them to Amazon Fba centres in England. However, due to my own stupidly just realised that I should of setup everything In Ireland due to tax reasons and got my products sent to a sorting centre in Germany and traded across the EU and UK. I have spent last few months trying relentlessly to set this up.
My question is, should I just continue with this Uk company or should I start from scratch and just set up in Ireland.I have also looked at trading in EU e.g. Germany. However, it costs up to 400 euro to register for vat and can take up to another two months. Also, there is a language barrier. I undsrstand that some speak english, but a lot of customers don't, which is another barrier.I'm at the crossroads at the moment. Don't know what to do either scrap this or just go with the UK and just see how it goes since I already set up there.
