Customer Damaged item returned and refunded by Amazon

Customer purchased item then damaged it after having it for a month near enough! Claimed it was defective after taking it out the box (yeah right, it takes a month to unpack a monitor)!

Was shown photo of the serial number embedded into the firmware which onscreen has the menu info displayed. Luckily enough this was exactly where the damage was shown to be of the area of dead pixel line/damage (right across the menu displayed on screen).

I took a photo before sending it by courier showing the same menu with its serial number. Just in case anything went funny. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE.

Customer filed A to Z and was refunded even though I had and showed all the evidence.

Monitor was packaged in retail packaging. No chance or any sign of courier mishandling.
