Editing delivery days

Does anyone know how we can mark delivery days as only Monday to Friday for a shipping template.

We sell some items that are too large for Royal Mail and go with a courier who would charge extra for a Saturday delivery. We want to either mark the template as deliveries on Monday to Fridays or to charge customers who want a saturday delivery.

You can't - you can only set a handling time and then a transit time but its not possible to specify which days deliver will occur on.

Hello @Seller_HetZ8jdM3gAgI,

This is Sakura from Amazon.

If you have a professional selling plan, you can modify the Operating Days, however, the mandatory operating days settings will be different if you have Prime orders.

“Monday through Friday are considered mandatory operating days. For Prime offers, weekend operation is mandatory, and you can choose either Saturday or Sunday as an operating day to make a six-day working week. For non-Prime offers, weekend operation is optional.”

To modify weekends for non-Prime offers, follow the below instructions:

  • In Seller Central, go to Settings and click Shipping Settings
  • Under General Shipping Settings, identify the Order Fulfillment Settings section and click Edit
  • Navigate to Weekend Operations under General Fulfilment Settings.
  • For both Saturday and Sunday, you can choose one of the two options from the drop-down box:
  • No Pick-up: if you do not operate on that day
  • Non-Prime offers only: if you operate on weekends for Standard and Premium shipping orders
  • Review and save your changes.
