Brand Registry Infringment Retraction
This problem is being made way more complicated by the Amazon brand registry team.
I had an ASIN removed by another seller due to a patent infringement. I have since been in touch with this seller and we have agreed on our terms and he is happy for me to continue selling my product.
This is where the problems arise,
Because Amazon have not updated his initial infringement request on brand registry from NOT ACCEPTED too ACCEPTED (It clearly was accepted as the listing was taken down), he is unable to retract the complaint and reinstate the listing. It shows as NOT ACCEPTED because he was called by a member of the team and they did it over the phone, rather than through the usual means.
We are both trying daily to contact someone at brand registry and/or seller support in the main seller central, to get the complaint removed and the listing activated again. However, Amazon keep replying with bogus messages saying it was not accepted because his account says NOT ACCEPTED.
How do we combat this problem and get the listing back online? We each have several cases open, a long thread of communications, signed agreements etc, but all our messages keep getting random replies, I even got a reply talking about my bank account, nothing to do with what we are trying to get resolved.

Hi Fizrig,
Yes, all cases are replied with generic replies:
Hello,
Thank you for submitting your notice of infringement. The content that you reported as infringing your intellectual property has already been removed from Amazon.com.
ASIN: B0CB742TYV
Complaint ID:9471029172
However this complaint is showing "Not Accepted" in Submission History, so there is no option to retract the complaint.
