I just want to throw my kudos out to Amazon for absolute excellent FBA delivery services. Top notch and none are better. Our customers seem relatively calm, and our own deliveries here are always on time, always in one piece, and with my customer hat on, they're superb.

As a seller, keeping the customers happy is critical or they won't buy from us again. It's a shame if after all the R&D money spent, packaging research is done, product development is done, the delivery services suck. The very first thing people see are the boxes they're shipped in, and how they're delivered. (We actually had video of a delivery service beginning with an F and ending with an X whipping a box about 30 feet in an arc through the air and smashing it against our building. )
