Section 3 Invoices Over 365 Days

Hi All,

I hope you're well.

Im looking to get some guidance. I have recently received a section 3 deactivation (My account completely healthy no outstanding issues). Amazon has requested An invoice for one item.

This product was limited one time release in 2021. I purchased a whole range of these products direct from the authorised brand distributor in the UK for these products. I have full invoices from the suppliers, showing the exact number of items. I held onto the stock until now due to speculation of price (which did increase) I have now sold these items on amazon. I have provided the invoice for the products Amazon has asked for but they refused it due to being over 365 days.

What am i suppose to do when the invoice is very clearly correct just the dates are over 365 days?
