Images Not Showing on Listing
Hi,
This week I noticed that my listing is missing most of my images (only the main image is showing). In addition, 2 customer videos (that I didn't add) show up right after the main image. This is an important listing for me and the pictures are necessary to help communicate how our product works.
Seller Support has given me the run arround. They told me first that another brand owner must have changed them. I've checked into this and do not believe that is the case. In addition, I am the only brand administrator for this brand, so mine should get priority. Right? Next they told me that the text on my pictures was prohibited (although it abides by all their image guidelines). Yesterday morning I updated the pictures with no text. Over 24 hours later, and still no luck.
Have any of you had a similar issue? I'd sure appreciate any help you can offer.

Hey @Seller_s064AmyM3EXgp, are you seeing any kind of error messaging on your image submission? This help page goes into many different image upload issues, but please do let me know those Seller Support case IDs you mentioned!
