Is it just me, or is FBA Seller Support the Worst Customer Service in history?
One of three things happen when I contact Seller Support
1. I'm passed off to another team, which also is clueless to help me.
2. I'm given a cookie answer that never applies to my case, and we go round and round and round until I give up on the conversation altogether
3. I'm just ignored or hung up on.
Am I crazy, or is this happening to other people too?
What's funny is Amazon buyer support is the best I've ever experienced with any company. What does this tell us?
