What can I do, if a customer does not return my product, to recover the cost of the return shipping?
As you may know, when a customer requests a return, Amazon charges the seller for the return shipping.

has the buyer been refunded from amazon - refund on first scan ?
can you see that either the label cost or product cost has been taken from your funds and refunded to the buyer ?

If they do not return it you will not be charged the shipping, as you are only charged when the return label is used and scanned.
This in conjunction with the reply above about has the customer been refunded.
