Amazon Easy ship returns my products like a garbage in a plastic bag fully damaged and crushed
My products are returned back like a garbage in a plastic bag. This is very very bad on amazon easy ship part. We take so much care that the product should not be damaged and send to buyer in proper package, bubble wrapped and inside corrugated cardboard. But if customer returns, it is just not usable at all . I have to throw my book in garbage directly because of the way it is returned by easy ship. I dont want amazon to drop my products like a crap. I dont want your easy ship service for returning. I am not getting any help to opt out of this easy ship. I am so fed up by the way amazon is treating the sellers products. shame on you people. If i claim T-safe they don't even give a decent money back which doesn't even cover shipping charge.

Use Self ship option and have control on the returns. It's much cheaper than Easy Ship.

exactly same here... fragile glassware are returned in polybags, results in damage most of time. This also increases SafeT claims for Amazon.
Amazon needs to review and improve things.

There is no support for sellers in amazon, mark my words one day there wont be no amazon in india, fake buyers are playing with the small business, fed up and quit amazon already

As a seller, it is disheartening to see items treated this way. The current return process not only results in damaged goods but also in significant financial losses, as T-Safe claims do not cover even the shipping costs. I am requesting to opt-out of the Easy Ship service for returns, but I have not received any assistance in this regard.
I strongly believe Amazon should work on improving its services to be on par with other logistics providers like Xpressbees, Ecom, and Delhivery. Without these improvements, sellers might reconsider using Amazon's courier services for their logistics needs.
