Re verification of account

Hello , 

I did register my account with my BG passport , but the passport has expired. I have second nationality (UK) and because my old passport was not renew (because its a choice) i uploaded my UK passport.Now my account is deactivated. I am trying to activated it by providing the national ID card which does match my passport ( the one that account was created with ) but they are saying I have uploaded the wrong document and that's it.

I have opened many cases but they either saying non eligible to open or closing the cases .

I did email seller-verification team but still no answer.

Any previous experience ? Any help ? @Angie_Amazon
