This is happening with everyone. Also we dont know the acceptable limit of claims. We are getting a lot of wrong returns which leads to a direct loss of shipping charges, packing and the product itself. Nowadays filing claims are just waste of time.

I am also facing same problem with safe-t-claim, they denied repeadtly after so many appeals, one of customer was ordered machine which cost 33k customer was done payment to Amazon, however the customer was returned the product, so the amount was debited from my seller central wallet, subsequently, the inventry was not returned to seller after 30 days, but it was marked as returned in tracking by easy ship, i was filed safe t claim since 45 days they are denied my claim, their response was received that i should have filed safe t claim within 15 days window after 15 days i was not eligible to claim, however i have requested to amazon to issue prof of delivery, gprs coordination if they delivered the machine, ultimately no response regarding my concerns, i have lost 33k product due to amazon cheating

1) how long you have been selling on amazon
2) and, we all know the current situation with the safe-t claims, but the situation was always like this ?
3) were claims granted easily if provided sufficient evidences to safe t team??? (or claims were not granted easily before 2020-lockdown??)
