Impossible to add any type of product listings

Hi,

I print and cutter stickers, signs etc and I have tried repeatedly to list my first sticker/sign on amazon for sale.

It must be possible as other sellers have been able to do it.

An issue I'm having is that when I request a telephone callback, I get different levels of expertise to attempt to help me. So far I've had 5 telephone calls and numerous emails and chats.

Problem 1 is:

1. I complete the "I'm adding a product not sold on amazon" in great detail but I do not have a "External Product ID" so I select the "I don't have a product ID" check box

2. I get "Approved" to sell in "Generic-SIGNAGE" category, through my "View Selling Applications" dashboard

3. So far so good with no errors.

4. I then "submit" my post (Without saving it to draft) and here is where I have my first issue.

5. Its lost forever, never to be seen again. I check

Inventory -> Manage All Inventory

Complete your drafts -> In progress listings

Add product (Expecting it to be listed below the main input area)

6. But nothing can be found.

Problem 2 is:

1. This time around I do all of the above again, but now I "save as draft" as I go along.

2. I complete everything again and this time I select the "submit" button.

3. I expected to now see this product either in

Complete your drafts -> In progress listings

or

Inventory -> Manage All Inventory

4. But NO, this now appears in "Add product" below the main input field under a new title "Complete your recent drafts"

Wait a moment, didn't I complete this listing.

5. So I go into the product listing again and where I selected the "External Product ID -> I don't have a product ID" check box before, is now deselected

6. So I selected it again, click "next" and then attempt to "submit" my post again.

7. A thinking widget appears for a second, alongside the submit button, but nothing else happens

8. I then navigate back to:

Inventory -> Manage All Inventory (nothing appears)

Complete your drafts -> In progress listings (nothing appears)

9. My listing is STILL in "Add product" below the main input field under a new title "Complete your recent drafts"

And I'm sorry to say (at this point) amazon support have really not given me any solid solutions, and on the one occasion, they have contradicted themselves.

I really need help with this issue as I have now been on it for the past 6 days.

Any help or guidance would be very much appreciated.
