need help, Multiple complains from the same address
Started getting complaints from a buyer yesterday, apparently they received the wrong product, i quickly said sorry and told them they could have refund or replacement, they i received the same message again from a different order, but once i checked the address its the same address. going through my refunds found this same addrtess refunded twice before, different names, different accounts, same address. clear fraud but what can i do?? Amazon please help, @Sakura_Amazon_

Sounds like they have worked out how to get refunds ! What was the reason for the previous refunds ? If they say they got the wrong product then tell them to open a return request and they will be refunded as soon as you have received the returned item. Never just refund or replace.

Honestly don't expect Amazon to do much with this. Yes report it but they are unlikely to stop the customer.
If they are ordering through FBM then I would cancel their orders going forward if your metrics can take it. This will impact your cancellation rate and possibly your ODR if they decide to leave negative feedback.

Always has to be a proper return. I knew someone who was processing returns at the warehouse and got accounts banned, ex. customer sent back multiple returns swapping products to old, used products (dog collars , books and other petty stuff and got detected and had all accounts plus future accounts banned for life). There's a team that deals with customer fraud but of course they let customer rinse the system first
