Our listing suddenly disappeared from search results since 29th Oct

Our product has been selling for 3 years now and category rankings have remained in the top 40. Before October 29th, we can find our listing on the first page for the main keyword and it's been on the first page for 1-2 years at least.

But now, our listing disappear with no reason in one day, which we can not accept, and the sale drop 40-50% after that.

We did open a case, but amazon service keep saying "we limit the number of ASINs returned to present customers with the highest-quality results", which is not helpful at all.

Please help us out.
