How do I solve this?

"You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."

That's what shows when I login to my seller account.

I've sold on amazon for many years and have no idea how to reactivate.

The 'continue' button simply takes me to the details of my credit card which are still correct and well in date.

There is no way to check account health to rectify this as all of the possible links simply take me back to the front page which states the inactive message pasted above.

Could somebody advise me please?
