FBA Shipment Issue with YOW3 warehouse, not being checked in for nearly3 wks now

my FBA inventory was received at the warehouse YOW3 on Feb 16th and NO UPDATE SINCE THEN.

I've opened the case with Seller Support, but as always I am given a generic non-helpful reply. They initially told me that my inventory will be checked in by Feb 27th and if not I can open the investigation. Then the date moved to March 4th, and now the date that I can ask for investigation is moved again to March 10th... and I guess the date will move further and further when the date reach?

I find there's no point to contact the seller support, because all they will say is that my shipment is not yet eligible for investigation/reconciliation, won't explain anything about the situation/status of my shipment. And like I said, the date are keep moving, so I can't take any actions..........it's been almost 3 weeks now with no update.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THIS CASE? it's really frustrated..

Hello, there was a delay because they sent my products late. My products will reach you soon, sir. UPS cargo was given on 02.03.2024.

I reviewed your case with our Seller Partner team and I see that the response provided asks you to wait until the reconciliation date in order for the investigation to be available for your shipment.

You may experience longer than usual shipment delivery time due to a higher volume of shipments. We are unable to manually expedite the process and Selling Partner Support does not have further guidance.

I kindly suggest to wait until March 10th which is the deadline until an investigation can be created for this shipment.

This warehouse is extremely slow receiving any shipments. I have shipped 4 shipments there this year and each one has taken anywhere between 10 and 26 days to receive. Two shipments closed as receiving 0 units but eventually all product was received. It's frustrating because no one at Amazon has been able to tell me why this is happening. For the time being I'm sticking to only sending shipments to Amazon US because at least I know those will be received in a timely manner.

2 yrs ago, same location I had Christmas Tree stands showing in their warehouse Nov 15th, available for sale Dec 27.. 0 compensation from Amazon. lost $4k in shipping both directions.

Hi, I am now having similar problem with that YOW3. Have your shipment been finally received as of today? I am getting really frustrated as sales has dropped significantly due to out of stock for some items
