Urgent Assistance Needed: ASIN Remains Inactive Despite Approved Appeal
Dear Amazon Team,
I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding our ASIN B0DT9V32CP, which remains inactive despite our successful appeal.
On April 17th, 2025, we received a Performance Notification stating that our listing was at risk of deactivation due to unauthorized trademark term use in the product detail page. We immediately revised the product detail page, removed all prohibited keywords from the bullets and search terms with the help of amazon team to ensure that we comply with amazon policies, and submitted an appeal.
Our appeal was approved, and the violation was removed from our Account Health, yet the ASIN remains inactive.
I can send you screenshots from our listing backend as evidence that all trademarked terms have been removed. We are fully committed to compliance and will ensure this does not happen in the future.
Could you please help reinstate ASIN B0DT9V32CP as soon as possible? The continued inactivity of the listing is significantly impacting our business operations, and we're eager to resolve this matter promptly.
