To sell lithium batteries on Amazon, you must meet the following requirements:
Provide a UN 38.3 test summary: When setting up your ASIN, upload a UN 38.3 lithium battery test summary.
Provide dangerous goods information: When creating an FBA listing, provide information on any batteries, battery-containing products, or other dangerous goods. This includes:
The battery's composition, such as lithium ion or alkaline
The number of batteries
The product's characteristics, such as flammability or corrosiveness
Comply with Amazon policies: Products sold on Amazon must comply with all laws and regulations.
