Amazon Vine - UK Prices / Costs - and is it worth it?

I’m a UK based seller thinking about giving Amazon Vine a try. I’m not 100% clear on the Amazon fees and prices, could someone who has tried it let me know what they are ? Also, is the Vine scheme worth it? Does it work?

I believe Amazon Vine is free currently, but you can only enrol FBA listings and you still pay the FBA fees. You also need to be brand registered in order to enrol products to Vine.
I’ve never tried it though as I’m not a huge fan of giving away free stuff.
