Negativ Feedback

Hi there,
I have received negative feedback on order 203-3647359-8096355 where the buyer is complaining that the seller (me) took their money even though they cancelled the order. As I'm not the collector of the money for orders, AMAZON are, this is not reflective of a service provided by me. The order was cancelled when in a pending state so I the seller didn't take their money nor did I get to process the order. And since the order was cancelled I cannot contact the buyer to ask them to remove the feedback.
Please could you help me get this negative feedback removed. As usual I have tried requesting removal of the feedback via the Feedback manager page and all I get is the standard response stating "We have reviewed this feedback and found that it is not in violation of our guidelines and has been retained. To request further review of this decision, re-open the case in Case Log."
I have re-opened the case log (case ID 10166118962) numerous times to try and get this removed and as usual the case is closed down with no action.
Once again it is unfair to the seller to receive negative feedback for a process out of their control. Appreciate any help you provide in getting someone at Amazon to actually look at this and do the fair thing.

If you never confirmed shipment then the customer will not have been charged. It is unlikely that you will get the feedback removed as it is the customer's perception of the transaction, so they could leave you negative for cancelling the order.
