A negetive review left without "Verified Purchase" mark

I Received a Wrong product review for my listing, the photo customer TC uploaded is NOT my product, and Amazon system DIDN'T marked this customer as Verified Purchase, so this customer didn't purchase from me, so why he/she can leave me a negative review. This is Not my customer. and the photo is not my product. Even though I believe this review is true, BUT this customer left on a wrong product page. This is NOT my product. Can someone help me to remove the review?

FYI:

I submitted a CASE 15229424211, but they said they can't remove review on their site.

Let clicked the "Report button" that appears beneath the review, I did, Reference: R3PFCR5TGD7U7E, but the review still there.

Then, they Let me email to community-help@amazon.com, nobody even reply to me.

I don't know what should I do now. Please help!!!!

If you go to that help page you will see an answer to a question about who can leave product reviews, as follows:

Question: Can a buyer review a product not purchased on Amazon or from me?

Answer: Yes, provided that the buyer meets the eligibility criteria in our Community Guidelines. They can review any product on Amazon, regardless of where they purchased that product.
