Supplier Invoice - Does Amazon bother checking the documents they require ?
Long story short, we received a lovely ''Product Authenticity Customer Complaints'' notification yesterday. We had look at it, no problem we have the invoices required and we submit them.
Fast forward 24 hours, we receive the classic response '' Our evaluation is complete / submit new information'' of course, nothing new here. Same classic response : We couldn't verify your supplier.
The invoice we submitted includes the following: Name and address of the supplier, telephone number, email address, @'s for all their socials, quantity etc. ( we kindly blurred out the price and total amount ) and highlighted all the information Amazon requires to check.
I am starting to think they don't even bother checking the invoices or even contact the supplier.
( just to add - Invoice is in plain English / Huge heating supplier based in UK )

All i can say is keep trying, open another case., ensure the invoice is either a pdf or even a picture taken of a paper invoice and uploaded so that Amazon for whatever dont think its fake (a tip provided by a seller support agent afew years ago).
