Amazon have sent the wrong item
Hi All
Just looking for any feedback if anyone else has had this happen and has been successful,
A customer has bought two items from me, and Amazon have sent visually similar but different items (i.e different manufacturer).
I have spoken to the customer as they contacted me and I have now sent the correct items from my personal stock here.
I want the customer to be refunded but I also don't want to lose out on my order.
Anyone know a positive resolution for this?
I have zero faith in seller support bothering to look into this, and assume they will say amazon did nothing wrong.

If the customer now has the right item - why do you need to refund them? If you refund them, I don't see how you would get refunded by amazon? You would only be looking at a reimbursement if the customer returned the initial wrong goods. Unless I'm misunderstanding.

Going forwards, always let Amazon handle customer service for FBA orders, the problem now is the customer can contact amazon for wrong item received and get a full refund and you've lost out
Are you using Amazon barcodes for your items in FBA? are they on the right listing?
