Issues with child listings separating from the parent asin on the detail page of Amazon, but showing in manage my inventory on seller central under parent asin
I am having issues with a few Parent asins and their child listings separating on the detail page. So some of the child listings are showing as stand alone listings. We have done the feed file deletion and upload as a test for one of the asins to see if this works but still does not.
Customer support keep saying the brand Id of the child and parent asins do not match even though we have exact the same brand names for all of them. One customer support said they will look into it or try to refresh etc but still no answer or they have not solved the issues. I am hoping someone could please help me as I can see others have had similar experiences this past year.
Parent ASIN 1: B0CK5Y5RP3 (Currently 14 child asins have been removed from detail page)
Parent ASIN 2: B0CKC55ZCB (Currently 2 child asins have been removed from detail page)
Parent ASIN 3: B0CK2PLZVW (Currently 7 child asins have been removed from detail page)

Hi there @Seller_nxj10ujUjT5Kg
First off, thank you for reaching out to us!
Second, as a golfer myself, I'd love to help out. Is there any possible way you could open a support case with a list of each parent ASIN and the child ASINs that are missing from each? Or if you've done that, you can send me the case ID!
I'll just need that consolidated list so I can escalate this and let the team know what is missing from each.

This happens to us all the time. I had one case with Amazon that went on for like 3 months. They can fix some of these manually but eventually everything reverts. I'd say in 70% of the cases you're just screwed and fingers crossed you're doing FBM, not FBA. I've found that if you chance the variation theme and change a main attribute name, ie. "color" then you have a decent chance of the parentage re-establishing. When this happens to me now I just delete the listings and set up new SKU's since we do lots of FBM. Keep an eye on your ad costs as they'll just continue sending traffic to parentless listings.

I am surprised you have not gotten a variation violation. The first variation should have two variation themes - Size and Color. This also makes for a much better shopping experience. Are you brand registered? This could be a huge help here.
