Its down for us too. The Amazon Bulksheet seems to be working though so you can still get reports on spend and also submit bid updates that way.

Completly down, even though there is no accurate data and the system is very slow.

I have found out you should use Mozilla Firefox Browser. The Sponsored Ads Page is optimized for that browser. An easy download.
