Amazon Disbursements/Payments Not being received
Hi, Wondering if anyone know how’s how to handle this. I have 3 disbursements for around 3k which Amazon have said they have provided but there’s nothing in my bank other than active checks. Amazon provide a settlement number & a Trace ID number but my bank Monzo Business are asking for a Transaction ID which is 18 digits. Not sure who to go to as they both keep saying the they can’t help. My Bank account was verified initially.
