FBA Listing shows as inactive (out of stock)

Hi
I’m hoping some one can help or shed some light on how to deal with the mess aka FBA.
A few weeks ago I created (for the first time) a FBA Shipment of my items to an Amazon warehouse, through a courier Parcel2Go as apparently Amazon do not allow you to create a shipment of items weighing a certain amount, through themselves.
A few days later I received a notification both from Parcel2Go and Amazon to say my items were delivered safely and Amazon acknowledged receiving them.
However on checking my listings the item is showing as not instock. I got in touch with Amazon and was told they did not receive my shipment as it was showing as “cancelled” in the “Managing FBA Shipment” section.
I was also told even though I’ve received a notification from Amazon to say it’s been received, they have said that as it says “cancelled” in the FBA shipment, they have refused to take delivery of my items, as they can do that.
Having been in touch with them and after days of swapping emails back and forth, I haven’t been satisfied with the outcome of my concern.
What else can I do to locate my items?? Has this happened to anyone else?
Thank you in advance

Not sure about the weight issue - unless you tried to send a single box over 23kg - but amazon even accept pallets

Is the shipment showing as cancelled your side ?

Unfortunately they’ve removed the accepted carriers list but I’m not sure if parcel2go would be there as a broker - who was the actual courier ?

You need to expand a bit on exactly what’s happened here.
Parcel2Go, as far as I’m aware, isn’t an accepted courier, so that’s your first problem.
How long ago was the shipment created?
What does it say on the shipment page?
What do you mean by receiving notifications from parcel2go and amazon?
Was the shipment actually received on the shipment page?
What does the actual tracking say?
Did the shipment originate in another country?

This also concerns me. There is a maximum size/weight for boxes, regardless of the courier.
Just how big/heavy a shipment was this?
