Bullet Points Removed due to low sales - WHAT???

hello,

What is going on? I have a couple of ASINs low sales, Amazon just remove the bullet points. Why???

I click to edit the listing bullet point, it keeps saying product listing violation. I follow all the guidance in the listing guidance and nothing violate. Help please!!!
