Brand Registry - already enrolled
Hi - it would appear our brand trademark was already registered in the US and I am unable to submit an application. Access to the brand has been requested but no response has been made.
Amazon should have a vested interest in vetting qualified brands. At some point, is this subject to a review for inactivity on behalf of the actual brand owner?
There's no storefront, no ip and no listings of the brand other than ours.

In order to do so I'll need some more information around the situation so would you mind opening a case with Support that has the brand name, trademark number, and documentation proving you are the brand owner for this trademark?
I can begin investigating and take this where it needs to go!
