Negative reviews on gift messages (but gift options off)

My items (greeting cards) have received a number of bad reviews recently based on the greeting cards not having the gift messages printed on the cards. The customers sometimes see the gift message options and send them direct to the recipient.

However, all my listings have the gift options all turned off, as I explicitly want to avoid this confusion. I can only assume the customer is leaving a review on Amazon's own gift messaging service, which has nothing to do with my cards and making the mistake that the message will somehow be printed on the greeting card.

I am not sure what to do to have these reviews removed. one of them is a one star review (and only review) on one of my latest products. I have had very little luck having any of them removed. Seller support does nothing about them, and reporting the reviews also goes nowhere.
