Listing Investigation, can someone check our appeal.

We received a listing investigation email. The product is a homewares / textile item (cushion) and the reason for the investigation is because "A buyer stated that the product received but the Color shades not as pictured on website."

Anyone who sells textiles knows that sometimes colours are not quite as they appear on screen. Needless to say we are being asked the following. Are my responses acceptable:

- Images of the product in your inventory (with UPC)

== Obviously we can provide this.

- Manufacturer website showing the product along with UPC (or any other product identifier)

== We are the manufacturer, so we will link to our own website (hope this is acceptable?)

- Possible reason for the discrepancy

== Not sure what to put here? Would "Screen calibration and settings can affect the customers expectations of final colour. All our photography is as accurate as possible.

- Checked the rest of the inventory to ensure that products meet the size/material requirements specified on the Detail page?

== Yes.

- Your appeal to avoid similar instances in the future.

== Struggling here. We get plenty of returns because the colour isn't quite as expected, I'm not sure why this customer query in particular is being investigated.
