Why are my items not selling.

Ive recently oped up my Amazon seller account and added my first items but nothing has sold in 4 months ? How do i know ive done everything correctly as there is no support phone number. Am i just wasting money paying fees every month?

Assuming your account has been verified, then there are a few possible reasons as below plus many others:

Poor listing & photos & keywords

Too expensive compared to your competition

Nobody wants your type of products

Too slow delivery maybe

No reviews so no trust

If you reply with one or two ASINs, people may comment further to assist you.

Amazon can be a good platform for selling but remember that you are one of thousands of other sellers all fighting for sales so you are not guaranteed sales. It can be slow to begin with but once sales start, momentum develops. Good luck.

You have two products listed. They are photo protectors in two sizes. 1 in a pack of 10 and 1 in a pack of 25.

Have you looked at who you are competing against?

Some comments...

- You have ONE photo of the product. This isn't enough on amazon - your competitors have multiple images which showcase sizes and the product in use

- You have gone generic as a brand - but you actually have a brand. Having a brand registry opens up lots of opportunities like allowing A+ Content and store fronts

- Your main image includes your off amazon website URL. Amazon policy for main images is you shouldn't actually include packaging (though I appreciate a see through plastic isn't the easiest thing to photograph) but you may find our items are actually supressed due to the inclusion of the URL - including that could get you in trouble with amazon if its picked up

- Pricing - you are pricing postage separately and it does look like their are cheaper options available (though some are US imports) - is there anything that could make your product or business stand out?

"Am i just wasting money paying fees every month?"

You can downgrade to the individual selling PLAN, where you pay an additional 90p fee per sale rather than the monthly £30 fee, though you do lose some of the other benefits of the professional selling plan.
