ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED FOR OVER 9 MONTHS
Dear Reader,
Mi account got deactivated and blocked from log in at March 2024 under section 3 of amazon policies.
The honest reason for that was that I was doing drop shipping and some orders did not arrive, when I notice that I refunded all of them before the clients notice it, it was around 100 orders. 2 months after that without activity in order to prevent this for happening again and trying to focus on FBA, I received an email saying that my account was suspended.
I hired professional help, sent over 100 Appeals after each rejection with POA, invoices, business information and everything they ask me for.
I also did the verification interview in order to release my funds and sent the documents asked over and over and got no answer.
My account is blocked in the Spanish marketplace but I cannot post that in the Spanish forum or get health support contact there due I AM BLOCKED FROM LOG IN.
I have tried several times contacting with US market place health support and they tell me that they can not help me, tried contacting Seller support in Spain through customer support in Spain but that did not work either.
At the end I only have selling-partner-action-review@amazon.es email to contact and get an automated reply saying that they need more info.
I think that the key is to get in contact with someone that manually reads my appeal and has access to the Spanish marketplace.
Any Idea is welcome.

95% of the sellers trying drop shipping get their account suspended. And you will NOT get it back.
Amazon doesn't warn and doesn't accept "I'm sorry". You just have to accept this. Also it's completely useless to
Talking to some agent will have the same result, they use the same templates like the answers you get. IN CASE your US account is still fine (you don't specify) be VERY happy and don't wake up sleeping dogs.
