To me that sounds suspicious. All sellers receive a reverification notice from time to time, but it never says that it's done by a third-party verification services provider.
On your place I would create a case adding a screenshot of this message and ask if it is legit.

The best way for Amazon to track suspicious email, is for you to share a copy of the email with us.
You can do this by sending an email to reportascam@amazon.com and attaching the email that you suspect is fake.
