No eligible shipping method via Buy Shipping??
We have recently been receiving orders from Puerto Rico that have not had any eligible shipping methods when we go to "Buy Shipping."
How is amazon putting through orders that can't be fulfilled?
We are then required to cancel the order, harming our metrics and reputation.

You are allowed to buy shipping off Amazon. You won't have INR protection. FWIW, on another platform we offer shipping to US Territories and haven't had a problem with delivery.

Same here. after about 48 hours of contacting amazon back and forth I have no solution. I either have to cancel the orders or wait for the customer to cancel (while my account suffers from not shipping on time). Seller support said that either the addresses arent good or no service can meet the shipping promise (this doesnt motivate me to complicate the problem further by trying to ship the orders off-site). Despite explaining the corner that they have painted me into, i inevitably get a reply that leaves out one of the critical pieces of this problem. One representative told me to ask the customer to cancel. I sent messages to the customers but neither have cancelled or responded, so I'm guessing they probably don't see our messages. I have already cancelled one order. I cant cancel two more and be in good standing.

@Seller_SMzINKmQMqZ4z is your order also for Puerto Rico?
If either of you can supply one or more Order IDs, I can have our partner team review the promise/services and make sure everything is working as expected.
As @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY posted, you can purchase shipping outside of Buy Shipping as long as it meets the delivery promise.
