URGENT: Need help with reactivation
Hello Amazon team.
My account have been deactivated for 2 month already. I have bank statement, letter from brand that my supplier authorized distributor, invoice and other needed information.
Unfortunately, when I submitted my appeal each time I am receiving email that I did not provide enough information but I provided more then enough.
1. Please help me to resolve this this issue and help me to understand why Amazon not accepting this files?
2. I still have my inventory and my account deactivated for 2 month already but Amazon still sending me invoices with FBA fees and ADS fees. Why so like that?
thank you and hope someone could help me to reactivate my account

Hello @Seller_lNWbsz6gQDO5x,
Thank you for sharing your situation with us. We understand you're going through a difficult time with your account deactivation. Let's address your concerns and try to help you better understand the process.
To help resolve this issue, it's important to verify if your documents meet all the requirements listed in the sourcing documentation request. Have you checked if your invoices include:
Copies of invoices, receipts, or similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured?
These documents should:
• Reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
• Demonstrate your product's full supply chain
• Include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. Amazon may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer, even if you didn't purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you're not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
Additionally, have you conducted research about your supplier, especially here in the forums, to ensure that this supplier is verifiable?
It appears you may have requested that your inventory not be destroyed or removed from Amazon's fulfillment centers. Is this information correct? If you requested that your inventory be maintained, it's possible that FBA and advertising fees continue to be charged, even with the account deactivated.
Please visit the pages Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements and Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy for more information.
Thank you for using the sellers forum. The community and I are here in case you need further clarification. Don't hesitate to ask additional questions if anything is unclear.
Best,
-Roxy
