Carrier tracking says delivered to FC but Amazon status still "In-transt".

Hello, we have a shipment that was delivered last Feb 28th according to carrier tracking, however, shipment status on Amazon says it's still in-transit. I know that this can take up to 10 days or longer for LTL. I can say 10 days is okay, but longer is not good . I see some sellers had experiences taking months and the investigation date keeps on adjusting further. Asking if someone here able to reach out to seller support correspondent who can actually notify the responsible FC to check the shipment?

One time, I had an LTL shipment show as delivered from the carrier. Amazon showed "in transit" for 2 months.

Exactly 60 days later, everything was received all at once and the order was marked as fully received.

Hi @Seller_LfAVBYkPpst61, sometimes if information is not syncing between the carrier and Amazon, Seller Central will not reflect that your shipment has been physically delivered. In such cases, your status will skip straight to checked in once the time comes. Did you use a partnered carrier?

I have been at this for more than 40 days with the same problem. The shipment was made through Amazon Global Logistics more than 3 months ago, it appears that it was already delivered to Amazon on February 7 in the warehouse: (Feb 07, 2024 06:53:59 AM - ONT8), the documents United States Customs entry has been completed since January 30, and Amazon has already charged me the $3,400 for shipping and no one answers me for my 2,000 units. There have been more than 15 cases in Seller Central and it's like nothing. The shipment remains in the State: Transit and without shipment below it says delivered. I am completely stumped with this problem and no one is helping me.
