I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out to because I've been experiencing significant delays with the Amazon verification team recently. I've been trying to get my account verified as a sole proprietor, and it's taking much longer than expected.

Here's my situation:

I have confirmed my status as a sole trader.

I uploaded my UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) number.

I provided proof with an official document from HMRC confirming I am who I say I am and provided proof of address

Despite providing all the required information, my verification process seems to be stuck. It's been over the 10 day waiting period and still I haven't received any updates.
