Account payments are blocked due to verification

Hello everyone,

Have a huge problem with the account verification, It has been already 4 months that we cant get approval from Amazon verification team and it seems they are so incompetent employees,

They asked us different times different versions of Articles of associaltion (the company is registered in Estonia and sells in Amazon.de). First time original with translation to required language - we provided (the original anyone can get from official registration website in Estonia). The translation is made by Sworn translator in Estonia. Everything is officially.

Then they asked reg.card and Articles of associaltion notarized - we provided that as long as new translation. For everything we pay each time to the notary and translator.

Now they still ask the certified translation of Articles of Association that is stamped and signed. We provided that and we cant notarize it because notary says that according to the law only sworn translator can translate and sign the translation. That what we have already.,

And it seems that verification team doesnt want to learn LAW requirements and always makes mistakes in their request and we have to guess each time what they want. And support is usless every time because their words are different from what the verification team wants.

Does anyone have/had this problem and knows the solution?
