Reviews are untrue and malicious bad reviews

The reason why I am writing this letter is that I have recently received a lot of malicious reviews and I hope review-appeals groups can help me investigate and delete these false reviews due to unfair business competition, thank you so much! The following are the evidence and screenshots I provided.

ASIN of the product: B0D87RD433

Title of the review: not helpful for me at all

Name of the reviewer: Scotty K

Date of the review as it appears on our website: March 17, 2025

Direct link to the review or post :https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B0D87RD433/ref=acr_dp_hist_1?ie=UTF8&filterByStar=one_star&reviewerType=all_reviews#reviews-filter-bar

reviewer account: https://www.amazon.com/gp/profile/amzn1.account.AE7BCM5UP4GGGF5WMFDCZJRWWXYA?ie=UTF8

ASIN of the product: B0D87RD433

Title of the review: It's a seat cushion for walkers

Name of the reviewer: Jessica [Moderator edit: removed customer information]

Date of the review as it appears on our website: February 8, 2025

Direct link to the review or post :https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B0D87RD433/ref=acr_dp_hist_2?ie=UTF8&filterByStar=two_star&reviewerType=all_reviews#reviews-filter-bar

ASIN of the product: B0D87RD433

Title of the review: Uncomfortable

Name of the reviewer: MAK

Date of the review as it appears on our website: February 6, 2025

Direct link to the review or post :https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B0D87RD433/ref=acr_dp_hist_2?ie=UTF8&filterByStar=two_star&reviewerType=all_reviews#reviews-filter-bar

reviewer account: https://www.amazon.com/gp/profile/amzn1.account.AG4CH7XDEFB5THPSX7UBMXJHHNQA/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_gw_btm?ie=UTF8

Reason:

1. These buyer names are automatically machine generated strings of garbled codes or serial numbers, unlike normal buyer names.

2. I sent 10 vine for this product, and all of them were well received, so it can be judged that the quality of the product is no problem.

3. The comments in these accounts are almost all bad reviews, which can be judged as the work of professional bad reviews.

As you can see, I am a legitimately run seller. As a regular seller, I have always followed Amazon's rules and no irregularities.

This behavior violates the regulation of Amazon's manipulation of reviews, they damage the ratings of other sellers, their products, by giving malicious reviews to other sellers. Please investigate those account and help me delete these three of reviews to create a fair seller environment, And please ban these fake buyer accounts also,I’d be grateful if you could help me.

Waiting for your reply.

The mods will likely just tell you to report the reviews, but they don't look fake to me based on patterns I've seen with other fake reviewers. Regarding your points:

1. Are you referring to the reviewer names or the names on the actual order? If the latter, I'm not sure what's going on there, but if the former, it's blatantly untrue, you provided their names and they do not match the description you're giving in this point.

2. One of the reviews was a Vine review, so it was well received by MOST of the Vine Voices. Customers are allowed to have different experiences or opinions, though. It's not against Amazon's terms for someone to dislike a product most other people liked.

3. This is also blatantly untrue, looking at the 20 most recent reviews on all three of the profiles you linked, there's a good mix of star ratings. Most people aren't motivated to review an item unless they had a bad experience with it, though, so if they're not a Vine Voice it makes sense for a real customer's reviews to slant negative on average.

Hello @Seller_zxcpg0uz38st6- and thank you for looking to the forums for some guidance on managing product reviews. Danny here, and I am sorry to hear you've received some negative product reviews recently! Please know I did edit your post slightly to remove the last name of one of the reviewers just to be safe, as personal data should not be posted per our forums Community Guidelines.

Please see this recent forums post which discusses the pathways to report reviews to Amazon for potential investigation. In this case, it appears these reviews all comply with Amazon's Community Guidelines, and I appreciate @Seller_gGFQkYgUravNdfor weighing in with some insight on the reviewer's profiles, as I also note the names to appear standard for public profiles (not actual customer names on an order) and see a healthy mix of review star ratings tied to the accounts.

Should you believe these reviews to be fraudulent however, please do report the review as abusive and report the reviewer profile so our team can take a look! While this team will not share any outcomes of their investigations with you, please know all submissions will be reviewed for appropriate action.

Thank you again for posting, I hope this is helpful!

Best,

Danny
