account suspended
My account has been suspended in two marketplaces because of an account I had never heard of until Amazon told me of it I don't own it and never have but they claim it is somehow linked to me. That is impossible as I have never run a business before 2022 and they want me to prove it somehow which doesn't make sense to me as there is no way I can prove something I have never heard of.
The other account name is " Barodify_"
any advice would be great as I appealed multiple times and got the same BS response that I must identify the owner etc.

There is indeed a selling account with that name belonging to a company based in Sweden. Looks like they used to sell private label beauty products and perhaps had a link to a store in Spain.
As for the link, it could be from your selling account or your buying account assuming you have one. Do you have any secondary users, agents for brand registry, friends in Sweden etc?

As for the link, it could be from your selling account or your buying account assuming you have one. Do you have any secondary users, agents for brand registry, friends in Sweden etc?
