Amazon seller account recovery

Greetings Seller,

We have an issue logging in to our Main Admin Account. We tried everything from our side to log in and submitted multiple application for account recovery when the two step verification fails. We've tried contacted the seller support to escalate and provide account informationt to the account specialist team through the business user account. We havent received any feedback, its been over a month since the first case and application. We receive an email stating will contact within 24 to 48 hours and yet no response. Is there any other way to get in touch with the account specialist department via mail or phone no. We Need our account back and dont have a clue what to do other than the recurring steps we've done so far. If somebody has any idea please share your experience and solution. Greatly appreciate your help.
