"Return Not Expected" On the FBA Returns Report

Seeking help from Mods on this one.
We have already 4 FBA Orders (all Mexican Remote Fulfillment Order Numbers) that were refunded by Amazon, and when checking the status of the return on the Manage FBA Returns page, it is showing "Return Not Expected"
These are the ORDER ID's:
702-2181295-0509058
701-6494692-8903416
701-8718021-1263462
702-2658847-1050666
These are normal items and we are not experiencing these issues with USA Orders.
We need to be reimbursed if these units don't come back to us. Can you please help us look into this?
