Accidentally cancelled shipments
These shipments were sitting in "delivered" and "checked in" status from 07/17/2024 and 07/19/2024 to 08/25/2024.
I accidentally cancelled them on 08/25/2024 and now the status of the delivered inventory is unknown.
They have not been absorbed into the inventory.
Despite opening a case immediately on 08/25/2024 the support has been inconsistent, terrible and has not resolved the issue. @Bryce_Amazon
If these packages cannot be found I just want reimbursement. I've provided packing slips and UPS delivery proof (SENT VIA MY UPS ACCT NOT AMAZON) and nothing has come of it

I do not think there is any help they can offer.
It is a mistake you are going to have to live with.
Someday they may show up.

It'll still be received, possibly under a different shipment, but regardless you won't be able to reconcile the shipment for reimbursement later.

Hello @Seller_AevRDAS2VPADY Other sellers have reported that when they accidentally cancelled a shipment that was received by the FC, the units did show up in their inventory after a delay.
One seller provided the below suggestion:
Accidentally cancelled an inbound shipment to FBA - what will happen when it arrives?
"If you labeled everything correctly the shipment will still be received, and you may get a ding from the Merchant Inbound Coaching Team (MIC) slapping you on the wrist for deleting the shipment. I wouldn’t worry about it. I and my staff have done this exact thing for LTL and SPD shipments and our stuff was still received in full."
