Inventory Ledger Report and Vendor Returns
The Inventory Ledger Report is the inventory rollforward report and includes a number of data columns to organize/track inventory movements throughout the period, one of them being Vendor Returns.
If one were to go to the detail page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G4FKT5KQWFFJ7LDN) which explains the Inventory Ledger report and the various data columns, one will notice there is no mention of Vendor Returns.
Has anyone confirmed with Amazon what the Vendor Returns data is supposed to represent? From my observations this most likely represents auto-disposals of returned & otherwise Unsellable inventory as well as the liquidations for liquidated inventory. Vendor Returns is always negative (so a loss of inventory) each month, so this would make sense.
Given the Inventory Ledger Help page does not confirm this, I wanted to see if anyone else had this same question and if Amazon has responded definitely on what Vendor Returns represents.
