I am constantly following the Amazon team from 6 November 2024 order: Xob6aiH355 After sending so many case emails and calls I have not received any proper response. Now from Amazon my old case communications also not reflecting suddenly disappeared
As you mentioned in your confirmation below and our telephone conversation. FC: BOM5 was supposed to send the images of the physical units received at FC within 24 hours, and if they fail to share, Amazon will issue a reimbursement of 46 units and removal order fees. I’ve been waiting for a resolution on Case ID: 10538902992 regarding a removal order issue since October. The internal team has a minimum response time of 3 days, but I still haven’t received any meaningful updates despite multiple follow-ups.
Can someone from Amazon help prioritize this case? It’s affecting my ability to manage my inventory effectively.
