If you haven’t shipped, the customer has not been charged so how can there be a chargeback?
Are you sure you have all the facts right?

If the order hasn't been shipped, then it may be the customer contacted SS who suggested they contact you for a chargeback?
However, if the customer wants to cancel an order, as others have said you haven't been paid but if YOU cancel it you get penalised. I always send the customer this if they want to cancel their order:
To cancel an order on Amazon, you can:
Go to amazon.co.uk and log in to your account
Click Returns & Orders
Click Track package to the right of your order
Select Cancel order under Order info
Confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel selected items in this order

a customer can not file a chargeback as they would not of been charged. amazon do not take any money until the item has shipped
